Jodi Brockington
Jodi is the “judgment-free” fitness and wellness trainer for busy New York City executives. She has developed a signature program, the FOJ 28 Day Challenge, which helps clients to jumpstart and maintain their health and fitness goals. She has been featured in Our World with Black Enterprise, the Black Enterprise Business Report and NVMagazine, among other publications. Some of her most recent work includes serving as deputy director for Speaker Management for the Global Financial Dignity Summit and chief marketing officer for Count Me In for Women’s Economic Independence. A sought-after speaker, Jodi has been a presenter at the 2013 Black Enterprise Women of Power Summit, and presented a crash course on how to connect effectively and with confidence at the 2014 Summit. Her awards and honors include a Beauty & Beat Award, a 2012 Heroines of Excellence Award, an NV Magazine 2011 Mover and Shaker Award, The Network Journal “40 Under 40” Award and an Urban Influencer Award from the National Urban League. Jodi has been featured in print publications and digital media such as TrendSetters Magazine, Racing Towards Diversity Magazine, NV Magazine, The BOSS Network and NV.com. She earned master’s degrees from the University of Southern California in social work, Baruch College in public affairs and from the Hunter College School of Education. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
